I deeply value each customer who is moved to buy a Soul Mantra for themselves or a loved one. It is such a joy to me that I get to design and create these special pieces for you in my backyard studio in Tacoma, Washington, and I deeply appreciate the decision you're making to buy handmade. I know it's important to both of us that your items get to you safely. I ship via the U.S. postal service and rarely have any issues with items arriving safely to their new homes. The following is information that will be helpful to you as you consider placing your order. 

Sending as a gift? We love helping you send a gift. All Soul Mantras come ready to give as a gift. If you're sending right to the recipient, just let us know what short gift message you'd like to include. There's a spot to tell us when you check out. If you're sending to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Updated holiday shipping info for you:

Saturday, December 16 is the last day to place customized orders for domestic holiday delivery - this includes the NEW This Is My Year mini bundle and other word of the year items. Please choose priority shipping on any orders placed after Saturday or they may not get to you in time.

Monday, December 18 is the last day to place all other orders with PRIORITY SHIPPING for Christmas delivery.

All orders placed between Tuesday, December 19 and Tuesday, December 26 (and custom orders placed after December 16) will begin shipping on the 27th and the usual turnaround times will begin on that date, but we are usually ahead of schedule!

If you're shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address; otherwise, we'll need to send you an invoice for the additional shipping. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address so your item can reach you safely. Errors can delay your order arriving to you and can result in the post office returning it to me.

Also, we've noticed that every now and then first-class shipping through USPS is taking longer than it has in the past, sometimes up to 5-8 business days. Please keep that in mind when placing your order and choose Priority Shipping if you need it to you quickly because the post office does ship priority much faster.

International Customers

It is truly magical that we can send something created in my little studio to you in your corner of the world. Sometimes though the rules and cost of international shipping aren't quite as magical. So here's some fine print to keep in mind:

Items can take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the country and if your purchase is stopped in customs. Usually items arrive within 7-10 days without any issues, but I am unable to track your package after it leaves the United States to give you an estimated arrive time (although some countries do update the tracking information, so you can check the tracking number sent to you via email after we ship your order).  

Any customs issues and fees experienced with international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I'm unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT or for any administrative fees. These import duties and taxes are decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches the destination country; which means you could be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. If you make the decision to refuse a package due to duty taxes, when your return is received, you will be refunded the cost of your items if they arrive in the condition as sent. Shipping will not be refunded.

Additionally, I'm unable to mark your purchase as a gift as this is against the law. Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I am happy to work with you on a return or exchange within seven days of receipt of the item. Please contact me first before returning something. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns need to be packaged as carefully as they were when they arrived, and items must arrive in the same condition they were sent out in. It is a good idea to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. 

The sale of custom items and custom necklaces is final. However, please contact me if you are unhappy with your order as I want you to love your customized piece.
