Story
This is one of my favorite necklaces to wear. It's inspired by my Five Deep Breaths practice that invites you to pause right where you are and take five deep breaths with intention to recenter and create more space inside you.

This Soul Mantra reminds you to give yourself the gift of these five deep breaths, so that you can be present to the beauty in the everyday moments of your life.

Details
This necklace includes five hand stamped dots to symbolize the five deep breaths hand stamped on a raw brass 2" bar that is antiqued by hand. Before you add this necklace to your cart, just choose a chain length in the drop-down menu. You can further customize with a gemstone for an additional $10. The examples are shown in the last photo.

Gemstone options include:

Amethyst :: Peace, stillness, and harmony (dark purple)
Aquamarine :: Courage and clarity, the stone of the sea (cloudy blue-green)
Blue Lace Agate :: Encouraging and soothing (light periwinkle with bands)
Gold Rutilated Citrine :: Abundance and joy (light yellow with gold streaks)
Moonstone :: Connect to source of light within, stone of the feminine (cloudy white with gray spots)
Rose Quartz :: Love and self-compassion (cloudy white, tint of pink)

Each time you see your necklace, let the dots be a reminder to pause and take those deep breaths. Your Soul Mantra will come with a card explaining the intention behind the five deep breaths practice.
